A springtime Jade Oolong from Fujian in China. A light, yellowy-green-hued brew with floral aromas and a subtle note of milk, which it gets from the special tea leaf variety used to make this tea. The milky taste is intensified by the production method: the tea leaves are steamed with milk.
Jin Xuan or Milky Oolong is the name of the tea variety known for its velvety, buttery texture that makes us think of a milky tea. It was created in Taiwan in 1980.
