Forest fruit fruit puree - 1.4kg

Mixer® Forest Fruit contains the equivalent of 1.32 kg pulp of red fruits such as blackberries, black currants and blueberries.

The product can be recognized because of its ruby red color typical of wild berries and because of a strong aromatic intensity.

The taste clearly refers to the blackberry puree picked exclusively in northern Italy.

The flavour is full and very sweet, a perfect match for desserts such as cream, mascarpone cheese, yoghurt or panna cotta.
